Digital Art & Garage Kit Commissions

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL TERMS1. All communication and agreements are handled through my official social media or email accounts.2. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.3. Please provide clear visual references and detailed instructions before I begin.4. Finished works may be posted on my social media or portfolio (unless we agree otherwise in advance).PAYMENT1. All prices are listed in EUR (€).2. Payment is accepted via PayPal only.3. Full payment must be made upfront before I begin working on the commission.4. For garage kits: Payments are non-refundable once work has started.5. For digital art: Full refund can be issued before I start. I can refund half of the payment once work started, but not after I finish the sketch.TURNAROUND TIME1. For digital art commissions, the usual turnaround time is 3 to 7 days after payment.2. For garage kit commissions, turnaround time is up to 2 months after I receive the physical kit.3. I will provide progress updates during the process and notify you if any delays occur.REVISIONS1. For digital art: Big adjustments can be requested during the sketch phase and smaller ones afterwards.2. For garage kits: Unless it is a mistake on my part, I can only do smaller adjustments once a part is colored or shaded. Big adjustments will cost an additional fee.3. Once a piece is finalized or painted, major changes may require an additional fee.SHIPPING (Garage Kits Only)1. The client is responsible for shipping the GK to me at their own expense.2. Once the commission is complete, I will ship the finished kit back to the client with tracked shipping.3. I am not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.4. I am a beginner at making garage kits, so kits may come with minor flaws.INCLUDED SERVICES (Garage Kits)1. Full preparation (cleaning, sanding, and priming)2. Coloring and shading for a detailed, finished look3. Adjustments to ensure the kit is easy to assemble by the client4. I accept licensed, unlicensed, and recast garage kits.USAGE RIGHTS (Art Commissions)1. Personal-use commissions (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, prints) are for non-commercial use only.2. You may not resell or redistribute.3. Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and will include an additional fee.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS1. If you cancel before I start working, you will receive a full refund.2. Once work has started, I can offer a partial refund if I am in the sketching phase (digital art) or before I start painting (garage kit).4. In case of unforeseen personal circumstances preventing me from completing your commission, I will offer a full refund.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY1. The client must ensure that all materials (references, kits, shipping info) are accurate and safely packaged.2. For GKs, please ensure the kit arrives in good condition. Missing or damaged parts may affect the turnaround time.AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.Failure to follow the ToS may result in cancellation or refusal of future commissions.

I am a beginner garage kit maker. Both GK services and the kits themselves can be quite expensive, so I try to offer more affordable options for anyone who wants a painted GK without spending a fortune. Lower prices may come with minor imperfections, but these are mostly noticeable only upon close inspection.You can contact me on [email protected] about any inquires!

Once we’ve discussed the kit, pricing, and estimated completion time, the client will need to send me the garage kit. I am based in the EU, Slovenia. My turnaround time is up to 2 months from the day I receive your kit. I will send pictures to my client as I work on the kit to show progress.I work with licensed, unlicensed, and recast garage kits, but please note that recast GKs can be poor in quality which will also result in the end-product having more flaws.What’s Included in the Price:
1. Full preparation of the GK (cleaning, sanding, and priming)
2. Coloring and shading
3. Ensuring the kit is easy to assemblePayment is accepted in EUR (€) via PayPal, and must be paid before work begins.For clients sending me kits from outside the EU, keep in mind there will be customs fees which will need to be discussed prior to shipping the kit to me.

Limitations & Content Guidelines

- Hard guro/gore (visible guts, torn limbs)
- Explicit sexual loli/shota (swimsuits, underwear, and mild suggestive themes are okay)
- Extreme “shock” kink content (bestiality, scat/watersports, sexual assault, etc.)
- Exaggerated genitalia that borders on body horror (erect penises larger than the character’s torso, chests larger than the character’s body, etc.)If you’re unsure whether your commission falls into one of these categories, please contact me first and we can discuss it.
